i just compiled it under linux without any problem ...
about the stdbool.h ... i wasn't at my home computer, but on a winxp
machine ... it seems that someone who tried to compile k_cext before,
removed it ... for linux we need it, for windows we have the typedef and
defines for bool, true and false ...

but in case you make another release ... it's configured that the
k_cext.lib file has to be in the ./pd/bin/ folder like the pd.lib ...
i'm not sure, but maybe it's better to have it in the ./pd/extra folder
with the k_cext.dll ...
