[PD] gamepad on osX

this is quite useful

it seems to detect everything. now I use with a cheap PC gamepad, but 
I'm going for an airstick

also gamepads with analog sticks are quite cheap now.

didn't try with pd, but with MouSestate and key you should be able to 
play
