[PD] compiling for MS

For some odd reason i also have to use M$ Windose and as it's stated
ans as i understand it there is no up to date compilation of everything.
The "external" version is a bit older than the current.

Can somebody help me do this on M$W ?
 I only know how to compile on linux .
