[PD] change in list software?

hi.. over the last few days this list and pd announce
have started arriving in my junk mail foloder.. (i
have told yahoo that this is not spam but it still
comes into my junk mail folder..) this could be a
problem with yahoo but i wondered if the mailing list
software has changed recently?
