...are you asking for a jack-enabled version of pd, or a binary of 
jack?  The latter is available, but you may have to recompile pd to add 
jack support:  it's worked for me in the past, but I haven't really 
played with it recently...

...well, this checking for tcl/tk in configure is superfuous on osx:  
pd links against the framework versions...and as for the other problem, 
you can always do "./configure --help" and find out what feature flags 
are available...in this case, you would use "./configure 
--enable-jack"...
