[PD] vst~ download

Hallo list,

I was trying to download vst~ for windows, but it appears that the only  
place to get it is from sourceforge, but from the big external package.
since my connection is a bit slow, I wanted to keep my phone 1 hour busy.  
does anyone knows where I can find the external "alone", or could anyone  
send me a copy of it off the list?
