[PD] weird window behaviour window$

some weeks ago it was discussed the weird behaviour of the windows in  
window$. I don't remember if it was found out why this sometimes happen,  
but I just stepped into one possible reason:
when the patch name of the an open patch is changed (in the parent), then  
clicking on the window bar of the opened/changed patch will pop up some  
unexpected windows, such as help files from some externals.
