[PD] counting samples written to an array

I was trying to achieve this with a phasor~. Frequency and amplification 
correspond to the array's size. The phase is set to 0 at the start of 
the writing and a snapshot~ is triggered at the end.

But according to Miller's response this won't be exact either...
