[PD] OSX 10.3.x pd installer supporting pdp

Hmm, maybe this is related to the dlopen stuff that Jamie and I just  
worked out.  Anyway, look out for RC5 today or tomorrow, it worked for  
me for the first time, including pdp2gem, etc.
