[PD] GEM, fress CVS compile prob

hey Y'all,


I just checked out a fresh CVS version of GEM and compile breaks (under
linux at least) when compiling 'Controls/gemframebuffer.cpp'  looking for
GL_TEXTURE_RECTANGLE_EXT

a quick fix was to add:
	#include "Base/GemPixUtil.h"
to 'Controls/gemframebuffer.h'
