thanks for the report.
i noticed the same thing too a few days ago, but i was in big stress so 
i just deleted the gemframebuffer.{cpp,h} files.
the best way (imo) is to move the GL-defines from GemPixUtil.h into 
GemGL.h which i will submit in a few seconds.
