[PD] [Gem] fullscreen on multiple displays

I think you can do one big gemwin over all the "screens" depending on the
driver. Alternatively you could have a different instance of pd/gem
running one gemwin for each "screen"

Thirdly you could wait for James Tittle's multi gemwindow features...
