[PD] dynamically abstraction creatiion with connection

You need to know the object and inlet/outlet numbers of the two objects  
you want to connect.  Check out the pd-msg documentation, it covers  
this topic with simple examples.  Its included in the Pd-extended  
distro in the Help menu, under Help->manuals->pd-msg.
