[PD] GEM movie playback problem

I am using:
OS X 10.4
Mac Mini G4, 1.25GHz, 1GB RAM
ATI Radeon 9200 Graphics
Gem version is one that comes with PD Extended 0.38.4 RC7

Any help desperately needed!
