[PD] Sound still not working.

hello list. The problem with my audio in pd still isn't solved. so I took some screenshots of the settings. 

-- this one is what's under the "Media" menu item in the main PD window:

Also, just a note: The systems sounds work fine. it was actually kinda weird. I was workin on some PD stuff, and I tested a sound, then worked for a long while, then went to test the sound again, and it didn't work. I did everything i could think of but nothing was working, so I posted to the list, and so far, none of those solutions have worked
So that's my current situation. no sound, and no idea of how to get sound.
