[PD] SPEEDLIM DON´T OUTPUT???

 hello, when enter the same float or int in speedlim
only output once time, if the imput change then the
output change too.

in max speedlim output normal if input change or not
change, but in pd speedlim output only if the imput is
continuously changing.

is normal this in pd?

there are anyway to repair this?
