[PD] SPEEDLIM DON?T OUTPUT???

Which [speedlim] are you using? Unfortunatly this is one of the
objects which exist multiple times as externals: Maxlib, Iemlib and
Cyclone. I guess, the one in Cyclone behaves like the one in Max. I
tested the Iemlib-speedlim which doesn't show the behaviour you
complain about.
