[PD] pd-extended on mac os x - magic words

hi all,
last install i did of pdp/pidip on *osx* required to actually follow the 
instructions you'll find here:
http://ydegoyon.free.fr/pidip.html
i used
- pd39 (from miller's site)
- Gem from hans'installer

magic words might just be:
