[PD] 0.392 Loading Libraries, WIN XP

Unfortunately for everyone pd messes with the registry in Windows, if 
you run regedit and look in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->PD you will 
see among other things a bunch of paths which seeme to be the ones used 
in the dialogs. I have no idea what is safe to change in there. I hate 
the registry, so I'm biased.
