[PD] Pix_video dialog problem

Weird...

I've on 10.4.4...maybe that's the problem! The dialog opens fine, but then
just hangs. I don't think it's a prob with my computer though, as I
downloaded a self-contained Max VJ patch the other day, and that had a
button to open the same dialog, and it worked fine?!
