[PD] trouble building externals from HEAD cvs on Planetccrma FC3

It means, that the file "../../ggee/control/concat.c" is missing.
This is included from the file "../src/concat.c" in line 1. Just
delete the file ../src/concat.c and it should build again. You won't
have ggee's concat, though, which Guenther removed.
