[PD] newbie problem with IEM examples in Pd-0.38.4-extended-RC7 mac osx

All of iemlib wasn't included because all of the objects were not  
compiling in the single-object/single-file which Pd-extended uses.  It  
would be good to have all of the iemlib objects included.
