[Pd] Other synthesis methods

I know I broke my teeth on the csound book!  Good tip with the osx
ladspa info.  Will look into!

Here is a simple patch showing _musical_ useage of fm.  (By this I
mean it uses midi numbers and midi pitches to define the
carrier:modulator ratio.)
