[PD] theonice~ / pidip on ubuntu breezy

well ... theora version is same on all machines. server is running and
works with ffmeg2theroa/oggwd streaming or from other machine, but not with pidip. using version 0.12.20 or cvs does change anything to the better in this case ..
..?
