[PD] gemkeyboard + destroy->gemwin crashing PD

I'm observing it on Mac OS X (10.4.5) with PD-0.38.4-extended-RC7.

My fist guess is that this happens because the GEM window is already
destroyed when gemkeyboard processing proceeds after sending out the
message, so probably should be OS-independent :) I haven't seen the
source though.
