[PD] cyclone prepend crash

Yes, I am trying to use the newest versions of all code in the test 
versions.  That's why they are called test versions.  In general, test 
releases are built from the HEAD of CVS.

If you need something stable, use the stable releases.  Otherwise, please 
submit bug reports when using test versions so that the bugs can be fixed.
