[PD] pd meeting at nime : was Re: [PD-announce] chdh performance

I am in.  It would be nice if this meeting didn't conflict with any  
of the NIME events.  So we could do it Friday the 9th, or Sunday the  
4th, or maybe Tues the 6th or Wed. the 7th between 7-9.
