[PD] wiki page for documenting the Pd API

I just started a wiki page to start filling in the gaps in the  
documentation for the Pd API.  Most notably, binbufs and GUI object  
APIs are basically undocumented, so if you know anything about those  
areas, please contribute.  If you are learning about those areas,  
like me, please also contribute.
