[PD] [PD-announce] Pd-0.39.2-extended-test4 with [hid]/Mac OS X and creb updates

OSC is not working on  Pd-0.39.2-extended-test4.app.  This is JUST the
OSC external; OSCroute, sendOSC, and dumpOSC all work fine.  Is OSC
deprecated?  If so, then the help files should not include it!
