[PD] pdp fixes

hi folks,

i made some minor pdp fixes, including fix for pd-0.40 and the libquicktime 
api change. there's no tarball, since i suspect some other things might be 
wrong. it's been a while, after all :)

darcs get http://zwizwa.goto10.org/darcs/pdp-12
cd pdp-12
. bootstrap
./configure --enable-mmx && make
sudo make install

(the glx bug i think i know how to fix. it's fixed in pf, but it's not fixed 
in pdp yet.)
