[PD] pd extended 0.39.2 test5 stk bug?

Hi!

I've tryied to use "stk instruments final project" with pd extended 0.39.2 
test5 version but it wont load anything. I always get message:

this application has failed to start because pthreadVC.dll was not found. 
Re-instaling the application may fix this problem.

Is it a bug?

Also, why FFT and Classical waveforms examples is missing from Audio 
examples?
