[PD] Setting latency or "buffer size" in Gem

i usually send all msgs to gem objects through one message-channel, which
can be easily run trough a pipe to delay the video to compensate for audio latency.
this latency compensation is also necessary when performing in certain big spaces
because sound is travelling much slower than light.
