[PD] Mac OS X 10.3 troubleshooting needed

The 0.39.2-extended test versions don't seem to be working on Mac OS  
X 10.3.  Could someone try a test version on 10.3.9?

Try running it from the Terminal.app, like this:

/Applications/Pd-0.39.2-extended-test6.app/Contents/MacOS/Pd-0.39.2- 
extended-test6
