[PD] jit.glue equivalent in GEM

[Item State]

i have four video players and they need to be glued
horizontally together so as to create one fullscreen
video image. like every player is say 256 x 192, i
want one output matrix of size 1024 x 192, or rather
1024 x 768 with black borders top and bottom.
