[PD] routing CD player input to PD

1. Mute 'CD' in alsamixer playback dialog (F3)
2. Select 'CD' in alsamixer capture dialog (F4)
3. Select 'Capture' in alsamixer capture dialog
4. Increase 'Capture' level in alsamixer capture dialog
5. Use [adc~] in Pd
