[PD] PureMeasurement updated

Hi list,

this is to announce that PureMeasurement is now at version v12III07 and 
can be downloaded from

http://www.hoertechnik-audiologie.de/downloads/PureMeasurement_v12III07_for_pd040+iemlib117.zip

Important things to note:
- you need a recent iemlib (should work with 1.17)
- data will now be saved as 32bit floating point wav files (except 
pm_recorder2ch, where the user can choose between 16/24bit fixed point 
and 32bit floating point)
