[PD] wiiremote for Mac OS X/PowerPC

I just merged in aka's most recent changes and got it building.  I  
have neither bluetooth nor a wiiremote, so it up to y'all to figure  
out if it actually works:

I'll try to put out a Mac/Intel version tomorrow if there is interest.
