[PD] problems with pdmtlabs

Hi,
in my version of pd extended some externals required by pdmtlabs are
missing, I'm using the latest stable pd-extended on os x. (0.39.3)
Even if the requirement page clearly says that I need pd >0.4, I miss
only four externals. Here is what I miss:

catch13~, destroysend, folderpanel and getdollarzero.

Should I upgrade to another version of pd-extended? One of the
autobuild 0.40? Or is there another solution?
