Have you looked at the application pstoedit?

 http://www.pstoedit.net/pstoedit

With that it's possible to save a patch as postscript using Pd's 'print'
option from the file menu and then:

pstoedit -f plot-svg pd.ps pd.svg

Gives you a Pd patch as SVG!
