Well, we're working on the FLOSS Manual this week as part of a "book 
sprint" on the Croatian island of Korcula:

We can always add things later, but we'd like something publishable at 
the end of the week. The we can invite more contributions from others.

Do you think we should hold off for the 0.40 release, or just update later?
