[PD] BUG found in last windoze release

  the last edited canvas is focused when using any method for leaving 
0.42-1, so we can't close it.

  Pd version 0.42-0test8 doesn't seem to have problems. Just misses the 
Ctrl+Enter and motion accelerator key features,
