[PD] pd-extended universal binaries?

Its easy to build just the core as Universal, if you want to build a  
universal Pd-extended.app without the libraries, then remove the "-- 
disable-fat" flag from packages/darwin_app/Makefile, then run:

make darwin_app_core

That should give you a universal Pd-extended.app in packages/ 
darwin_app/build.
