[PD] new object [noquit]

The question about preventing Pd from quitting inspired me to make a  
handy object to do this easily.  Its included in my 'hcs' grabbag test  
library in Pd-extended, and I attached it as well:

It needs [sys_gui] to work, which is also in the 'hcs' grabbag.
