[PD] pd + controller

Looks nice, it would be great if you added it to the FLOSS manual.   
You can just sign in and start editing.  It seems like it should be  
its own section in the "MIDI" chapter.

You could also host the file on puredata.info, just sign in and upload  
it to your folder.
