[PD] run pd patch as LADSPA or LV2 plugin

Hello,

Is there a way to run pd patch as a LADSPA or LV2 plugin within linux
software (like ardour or rosegarden), like what was done with pdsvt
for vst. If not, is there any plans to do it.
It can be a very cool feature as Pd is a nice platform to easily
develop small or complex dsp effects, synths or midi effects, and the
"lack" of plugins is well known on linux (even if some of the ones we
have are very good !).
