[PD] Graphic Piano with touch... attached

This seemed to work for me.

A while back, Carmen wrote a Tk widget piano.  It looks pretty nice,  
but was never easy to get running.  It would be nice to have as a  
regular Pd GUI widget.  Its in SVN in extensions/gui/xi.
