[PD] run pd patch as LADSPA or LV2 plugin

Hello,
This is exactly what I do at the moment. The idea is to be able, for
example to load a set of patch from an ardour session, and maybe
handle presets.
At the moment, it's a pain to load and reroute every patch into jack
when I load a session.
This was done on windows with pdvst wich allows you to use pd patch
just as every other vst plugin.
