[PD] make app from folder - patch not loaded.

I don't see why ../FOLDER_NAME/FILE would be useful.  Why not just use  
'FILE'?

Ha, good to know.  Could you post a bug report and I'll check it out  
when I get a chance.  In Pd-extended, go to the Help menu, then choose  
"report bug".
