I have a similar, but slightly different, problem on OS X (10.4,
Macbook pro). A Logitech Marble Mouse (trackball) shows up as device 0,
but I can't get any data out of it. The trackpad, on the other hand, is
fully accessible through [hid]. Any ideas?
