[PD] granulator for live performance

Sorry for the delay. If anyone wants to try my granulator (which I'm
pretty proud of), it should now be available for download (with any
necessary abstractions) at:
http://airwav.es/projects/sfr-granulator

at some point I'll put a help patch together, but the different
sliders are documented on the web page.
